Change e-mail address inceptionhosting

I'm migrating e-mail addresses as I am not satisfied with my current provider. As a result, I wish to change my associated e-mail addresses on the services I am using (including inceptionhosting). In the client interface, the e-mail address is greyed out and impossible to change. Is there any way I can change it?

send me an email from the email address you currently have in the billing panel, i will open a ticket to authenticate the request and I will change it for you.
