[Forum] Visibility of Service Issues & Outages section

It would be cool if the "Service Issues & Outages" section could also be seen by users who are not logged in.

Didn't know that you have to be logged in to see it, so I bothered Ryan via Ticket.. Sorry, my fault.

This would be no.

In that forum, we can post sensitive information.

It is the only support channel for NAT products, customers should be registered & logged in when they are having an issue.
