€3.00EUR Credit disappeared?
I have 2 VPSs expire this month, the first invoice is #55899, and including €3.00EUR Credit, But I don't want keep this one, then I cancelled it.
Then the credit is not able to use in the other invoice #56112.
Anyone can tell me why?

You forgot to mention which provider?
Amount looks like IH but the price went up a bit for quite some time.

Maybe the reason you can't use is simply because the new price is €3.50 now?

I have corrected that, credit is always auto applied to any new invoices, as you did not cancel the service until AFTER the invoice was generated the credit was used, I have manually put the credit back on.
