Japan new stock?

It is not even a week into using my new Japan VPS as a private shadowsocks-libev proxy, and I now realize that 75GB isn't going to be enough.
So I decided to get extra VPSes (i need another 2 or so), and it turned out that there are no stock.

So the question is, will there be new JP stock in the future, or is it over?
