Regarding Port Redirection or Forwarding

Yesterday I bought a MiniVPS from InceptionHosting and I have 20 NAT ports. I bought this VPS solely to host a MTA San Andreas server. I found out that I have to port forward a UDP port. This UDP port cannot be changed like others on MTA therefore I need to redirect 29903 to 23024 or redirect 23024 to 29903. I have found out that redirection i.e. port forwarding can be done through iptables but whatever I try do not work.
These are the commands that I have tried;
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p udp --dport 22903 -j REDIRECT --to-port 23024
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p udp --dport 23024 -j REDIRECT --to-port 22903

Are you sure you have a eth0 NIC?
