tinc server

Hello,

I need a VPS to run tinc P2P VPN (master node).

That means
- IPv4 with any available UDP incoming port
- TUN support
- 100+Mbps link

The last two are met, will the first one be available (on request or by default)?

Also, any  TCP port would be great to have (to SSH to the VPS). tinc creates low load, it only needs as fast network as possible.

Thanks.

Re: tinc server

AFAIK, the forwarded ports are both TCP and UDP.

Re: tinc server

Re: tinc server

I run a tinc master for a small private network on one of my LES server myself.

If the vpn clients don't have any issues (firewall or similar) to make outgoing connections to a non-default port for tinc,
you can freely choose any of your NAT forwarded ports to operate your tinc master on a LES vps.
