Network doesn't working on NAT VPS

Hi,

today I bought NAT VPS server, but I don't connect via SSH I have error. I can conneted to server only from console/java session.

Also don't work update packets (apt-get update) and command "ping" have freez, ping only to 127.0.0.1 and 127.0.0.2

When I run ifconfig I don't see my internal IP address (inet addr)

I see only:
lo        Link encap:Local Loopback
          inet addr:127.0.0.1  Mask:255.0.0.0
          inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
          UP LOOPBACK RUNNING  MTU:65536  Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 B)  TX bytes:0 (0.0 B)

venet0    Link encap:UNSPEC  HWaddr 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00
          inet addr:127.0.0.2  P-t-P:127.0.0.2  Bcast:0.0.0.0  Mask:255.255.255.255
          inet6 addr: 2a00:1630:66:2f3::b5de/64 Scope:Global
          UP BROADCAST POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP  MTU:1500  Metric:1
          RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:34 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
          RX bytes:0 (0.0 B)  TX bytes:0 (0.0 B)

How is solution?

My external IP: [removed].26
My internal IP: 192.168.1.241
Port SSH: 24121

Re: Network doesn't working on NAT VPS

You don't have a venet0:0 which holds your IPv4 address, that should be fixed now, if not put a ticket in.
