Proxy-hub

Hi guys.
I was wondering if I'm allowed to use the minivps(128mb) to build some sort of a proxy hub for personal use.
I don't want to start a proxy reselling service, but just to use all the ip addresses in the /112 subnet.
Sorry for my awful english lol
And,if I'm allowed to do that, are 128 mb good enough?
Or should I ask for more RAM?
thanks guys..you're awesome

Re: Proxy-hub

You will not be able to use all 65,536 ip6 addresses on a tiny container sorry

I really dont understand what you mean by "proxy hub"?

I don't want to use them simultaneously...not them all.
When I say proxy hub I mean some sort of a proxy center.
A normal proxy server is an ip4 address you use to interact with a certain resource, while a proxy hub is a "center" where you can use more than 1 address for your connections.
Example:
let's say a proxy hub has an entire /112 of ip6 addresses
so,when this "hub" receives an incoming connection it outputs with 1 of the 65,536 addresses.
New connection?New ip6 address.Another connection?Another ip6 address.
If that's not possible also one IP per time would do the job,but I need to know how often do my ip6 address gets refreshed.

All I need to know if I'm allowed to setup my personal proxy hub or if it is against the rules. And,of course,if it is technically possible.
Then,I'd really like to know if I can rent a machine with more ram in case the 128 mb don't do the work I need.

Re: Proxy-hub

Well, a few things.

1. LES Servers are single package usually so no, 128 or 256mb is about the limit, you need many GB's of ram to handle the amount of addresses you are talking about.

2. We dont offer routed subnets so you need to manually add every IP6 address you want to use, that would take you about 3 weeks if you did not sleep.

3. I fail to see how you could achieve this however in the event that you did, while in its raw form, yes you can use it as a personal proxy but that does not give you the permission to use it to bypass copyright or laws.
