Anyone else experiencing issues over IPv6 on the Lenoir, NC MrVM node?
Able to ssh in via the allocated IPv4 port, but nothing over v6. Once in to the VM, there's no IPv6 connectivity out either (Destination unreachable: No route). I've got two VMs with this same issue. Recently reinstalled Deb 9, so not sure if it's just the template or something else going on.
Cheers!

I’ll have a check either within the hour or first thing tomorrow.
Haven’t heard from anyone else but there was a mention from the dc that they was changinga router or something.
I need to find that info email and check connectivity.
Not the first time a router change causes ipv6 issues. (Last time was not Lenoir).

Still no dice for me. Even tried reinstalling a different OS (Ubuntu 16.04).
No IPv6 connectivity within the VM --
# ping6 ipv6.google.com
PING ipv6.google.com(yx-in-x65.1e100.net) 56 data bytes
From yx-in-x65.1e100.net icmp_seq=3 Destination unreachable: Address unreachable
From yx-in-x65.1e100.net icmp_seq=4 Destination unreachable: Address unreachable
From yx-in-x65.1e100.net icmp_seq=5 Destination unreachable: Address unreachable
mtr looks like it's reaching the node, but not being routed to the VM --

I guess you can ping6 2607:5600:008e:0000::1 ?
That is the gateway and I can ping that from node/container but nothing beyound that.
I've opened a ticket with Dacentec about this.

This is a starnge issue, either I can ping from one/two containers or the node itself.
Looking into the configuration as this is the only node (out of 3) in Lenoir having this issue.

First of all, let me say I'm sorry but I never got around to look at it this weekend....
And second, this is kinda awkward.
Somehow there were two identical default routes with the same metric. One using the gateway as next hop, one leading nowhere.
I've ping6 ipv6.google.com from the node and a container now.
COuld you please confirm.

lol dacentec. Guess LES is one way to use some of their garbage hardware.
FWIW, the Opteron garbage machines play nicely with Debian 9. I briefly thought of using one of the 5150 Xeons w/ the 60G SSD for boot and 2x500 for similar OVZ LE* services, but the last thing I want to do is more work.

I will probably upgrade the ram on the NC location, starting to swap and it is increasing the load.

Lenoir is back at it again with the v6 issues.
Edit:
Whoops!!! Just saw - https://forum.lowendspirit.com/viewtopic.php?id=4015. Guess that it's related. Sorry to beat the dead horse.

No, Mason is right. The reboot of the Lenoir node caused the IPv6 connectivity to go down once more again.

What I ment was that I thought I fixed the ”ipv6 crash on reboot” issue.
Apparently not
