speedtest-cli tests are completely ignored, their client is completely broken and it is meant for home based ISP's

if you can provide a 2 ways MTR report I will look in to it further.

Packet loss is also no longer observed.
But just in case, I’ll leave the server at another provider in work. smile

I think that now it is pointless to do the mtp test when normal operation is restored. But in the future I will keep this in mind.
